All orders are shipped via UPS. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

  1. ITALY
    • Standard Shipping on all italian orders is 6
    • We currently provide Free Shipping on all Italian orders.
  • EU
    • Standard Shipping on EU orders starts from  €10.
    • We currently provide Free Shipping on all EU orders.
  • All other orders will be charged a starting fee which may vary:
    • All other orders within the US & Canada will be charged a starting fee of €15.
    • All other orders within Australia will be charged a starting fee of €20
    • All other orders within the world will be charged a starting fee of €30

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. SFW will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.
  • Tracking
    • Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.


  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must not be used, washed or altered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  Sale & items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
